Ecumencial Bible Week 2018- Special Events


Ecumencial Bible Week Commences 20th -27th May 2018. 

Ecumenical Bible week will host 15 events, with 27 presenters in 13 venues in Dublin, Arklow and Greystones. Here is a list of key central events.

  • Launch Event – “Praying the New Cosmology” led by Dr Dermot Lane in St. Catherines Church Meath Street 5:pm
  • Symposium – Speakers include John Waters, Ginne Kennerley, Nick Park – Venue  Holy Cross College 24th May 2:00-5:00pm – Registration cost €12
  • Thinking Allowed – Chaired Panel Discussion – 24th May 2018, Holy Cross Diocesan Centre @7:30pm. Panel Includes Archbishop Eamonn Martin, Archbishop Michael Jackson, and a number of married couples reflecting on the question “What have we from our personal experience discovered about living and passing on the faith? Free Entry
  • Closing Event – Holden Evening Prayer – Sung Lutheran Vespers, Speaker is Rev Rob Jones – Lutherhaus, Adelaide Road, Dublin 2 @7:30pm.
