This Introduction to Servant Leadership is a five session course being offered in two venues in the diocese:  Kimmage Manor and Brackenstown (Swords).  It is designed especially for members of Parish Pastoral Councils and those in a parish ministry, but everyone is welcome.

Each session is a mixture of input, discussion, group work etc. as we explore together what Servant Leadership is and why we should be engaged in it.  The 5 evenings will help people to reflect on how this relates to our Baptism, the dynamics of Group work, praying together, mission and outreach (especially around care of our common home) and a renewed understanding of co-responsibility.  The growth and practice of Servant Leadership is an important key to the success of our diocesan Building Hope initiative.
