SERVANT LEADERSHIP COURSE

This course is an introduction to the practice of Servant Leadership.  It is most suitable for members of Parish Pastoral Councils and those in a parish ministry – but ALL are WELCOME!

Each session is a mixture of input, discussion, group work etc. as we explore together what Servant Leadership is and why we should be engaged in it.  The sessions will help people to reflect on how this relates to our Baptism, the dynamics of Group work, praying together, mission and outreach (especially around care of our common home) and a renewed understanding of co-responsibility.  The growth and practice of Servant Leadership is an important key to the success of our diocesan Building Hope initiative.

The first 3 sessions are held via Zoom on 3 consecutive Tuesday evenings 7.30pm-9.00pm followed by an in-person session on a Saturday 10am-2pm.
